Good scooter came with problems
Overall my satisfaction is a aboat a three. When I first got my scooter. I had to call a repairman out right away. As the throttle control i'm controlled box for no good. Upon having my repair man out. They also found they didn't tighten the emergency brakes there were a few screws Loose and there was no gear oil at all in the drive. Considering they're supposed to do a pre inspection before it leaves the shop. I'd say there repair guy doesn't know what he's doing. When I phoned the store to let them know about my situation I was surprised to find the sales person was quite helpful. He paid for the repair guy to come out twice and fix my scooter. Bought me the cure oil that was supposed to be in the machine before I got it. Although I appreciate all the help making things right. It should have been right before it left the The shop after having it's pre inspection. As a suggestion to anybody buying one of these scooters? They are a nice scooter, but make sure you have a maintenance inspection done. Cause the repair guy Doesn't like doing his job.
Trish’s little red scooter.
She loved it. Amazed at all the options that came with it. Stylish and zippy too.
Scooter
My husband loves it.
Parts
I bought a titan scooter 7 month ago..drive great and look great but the parts don't last been thru 2 control box and a set of battery in not even a year.like to known if the parts come from Dollorama..
Because the weather has been mainly rainy and cold I have not made use of the scooter except for a trial run of about 5 kilometres during which it operated as expected. There are, however, two points in which I would appreciate your assistance. 1). The Owners Manual supplied with the scooter was an out-of-date version. You provided an on-line version, which enabled me to complete the assembly, but is not of the same utility as a printed, portable copy which may be carried on the scooter. Please send me such a copy by Canada Post. 2). The seat lock will not engage when the seat is put in the upright position, but requires additional force - one person sat in the seat and two others pushing down on the seat back - in order to cause it to lock. Is there a remedy for this?
